Day 1 ARRIVE IN ENTEBBE
On arrival you are met, assisted and transferred to your hotel.

Day 2 KAMPALA/BWINDI
After early breakfast, depart for Bwindi National Park the Impenetrable Forest. Make a brief stop at the Equator, arriving Kabale in time for lunch. Continue the journey through beautiful scenery where you may see the volcanic Virunga Mountains on a clear day. In the evening arrive Bwindi, home of the rare mountain gorillas and a variety of other primates.

Day 3 BWINDI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast set off early with your guide to track the gorillas. The thrill of your encounter will erase the difficulties of the strenuous trek. Spend time in awe watching the gorillas go about their activities. Each encounter is different, as you enjoy the close view of adults feeding, grooming and resting as the youngsters frolic and swing from vines in a delightfully playful display.

Day 4 BWINDI/QUEEN ELIZABETH
Depart through the western rift valley to Queen Elizabeth National Park. An evening game drive to the crater area for an outstanding scenery of the rich grassland set deep into volcanic craters. The park boasts a variety of big games such as lions, buffalos, kobs, elephants, and bushbucks.

Day 5 QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
Early morning drive to Kyanbura Gorge for a thrilling Chimpanzee safari. The gorge is the natural home of chimpanzees. Your guided walk in search of the chimps and other primates, may last several hours. After lunch, enjoy a cruise on the Kazinga Channel, which joins Lake Edward and Lake George. This waterway is filled with schools of hippos and buffalos .Elephants are often spotted on the banks.

Day 6 QUEEN ELIZABETH/KIBALE FOREST
On a morning game drive watch the early risers and predators returning to their hideouts. Visit the Katwe saline to see how salt is mined locally, and learn the roles of the local women, in salt mining. Drive to Kibale Forest National Park along the Rwenzori ranges and savanna grasslands. Go for an afternoon nature walk to the wetlands. View a variety of butterflies, birds and some primates. Continue with a tour of the crater region around Ndali lodge. Visit the “natural bridge” and “top of the world”.

Day 7 KIBALE/DEPART ENTEBBE
After early breakfast, set out to track chimpanzees in the forest. Kibale National Park is a most fascinating destination which is home to the man’s closest living relative, the endangered Chimpanzee, the threatened Red Colobus Monkey and the rare l’hoesti Monkey. The forest also boasts one of the highest diversity and density of primates in Africa totaling 13 species including Black and White Columbus, Blue monkey, Grey-cheeked Mangabey, Red Tailed Monkey and Bushbabies. In the afternoon return to Entebbe for your departing flight.
