Day 1 ARRIVE IN CASABLANCA
Arrive in Casablanca early morning. Met, assisted and transferred to your hotel. Orientation. Rest, refresh and relax.
City tour of Casablanca. Visit the Hassan II Mosque, which is the second largest mosque, the tallest religious structure in the world and named after a former Moroccan king. Stop by the Royal Palace, the Villa des Artes museum, and the Borj Sidi Mohammed, an 18th century fort built against Portugese raids.
DRIVE TO RABAT Rabat is the capital of Morocco and the second most important city after Casablanca. The tour includes Rabat, Hassan Tower, Bab er Rouah ("Door of Winds"), Royal Palace, Dar el Makhzen art gallery, Chellah Necropolis, Sala Colonia, Mohammed V mausoleum, the archaeological museum, Oudayas museum (of Moroccan Arts), and the Museum of Antiquities.

Day 2 RABAT / VOLUBILIS / FES
Tour the ancient Roman ruins of the UNESCO site of Volubilis with a local guide.
Tour of Meknes including Madrassa Bou Inania, Koubbet el Khyatin X, Heri el Souani X, Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, Royal stables, Museum of Moroccan arts, and Moulay of Idriss tomb.

Day 3 FES
Fes is Morocco's oldest imperial city, considered the "Athens of Africa" for its wealth of cultural, educational, and religious institutions. Explore the Merenid tombs, Borj Nord, Musee de Batha, Madrassa Bou Inania, and Nejjarine Fondouk museum.

Day 4 MIDELT - ERFOUD
Continue to Midely and Erfoud. Cross the fertile plains beyond Fez and continue through the Middle Atlas mountain range. We stop at the Azrouan handcraft center en route, then in the small town of Midelt for lunch.
Continuing on we cross the Ziz River, passing rows of sky-scraping palm trees and fortified villages before reaching our hotel in Erfoud late in the day.

Day 5 ERFOUD / MERZOUGA
Our day begins early with a sunrise excursion to the breathtakingly beautiful sand dunes at Merzouga, on the edge of the Sahara.
In the enormous silence, we watch the sun climb over the desert, then take a camel ride along the dunes. We visit the holy city of Rissani, with its 18th century ksar, a virtually impenetrable warren of alleys; and the ruins of Ksar Abbar fortress.
Also, visit Sijilmassa Ruins, folkloric dance, and a tent night in Merzouga.
Overnight in tents.

Day 6 TINHJIR - OURZAZATE
The day features one beautiful scene after another, including the village of Tineghir, a stunning mountain oasis rising on a series of riverside terraces lush with palm trees;
and the spectacular 984-foot Todra Gorge, home to a variety of rare bird and plant species. Visit El Kelaa des Mgouna, known for its roses, then set out on the fabled "Route of a Thousand Kasbahs" ancient caravan route.

Day 7 TINHJIR - OURZAZATE

Day 8 TAROUDANT
Visit Ait Ben Haddou, an impressive 11th century structure that has been declared a historical treasure by UNESCO. Then, set out for a full day drive to Taroudant, an old walled city known as "Little Marrakesh." Walking tour of Taroudant.

Day 9 AGADIR
Drive to Agadir. Continue to Essaouira.

Morning at leisure and departure to Essaouira. Visit of this idyllic fishermen town known as the former Mogador and Portuguese stronghold and famous for its woodcarving handicraft. Tour of Essaouira. Musee Sidi Ben Abdallah X.

Day 11 MARRAKESH
Tour Marrakesh Once the capital of southern Morocco, the imperial city of Marrakesh is an alluring oasis with a temperate climate, distinct charm, and fascinating sights.
Our daylong tour includes the beautifully proportioned Koutoubia Mosque with its distinctive 282-foot minaret, the Andalucian-style El Bahia Palace, and lush Majorelle Garden. Then we visit the heart of Marrakesh, Place Djemaa el Fna, crowded with snake charmers, entertaineres, barbers, and sellers of fruit, water, and spices.
And in the maze of narrow alleys in the heart of the medina here (also a UNESCO site), we visit the city's renowned souks: stall after stall selling fresh produce; basketry, dried fruits, and spices; textiles; carpets and wool; leather and jewelry.
Also included are Menara, Medina, Saadian tombs, Koutoubia, Dar Si Said museum, Museum of Modern Arts, Musee de Marrakesh, El Badi Palace, Dar Tizkiwin, Mardrasa Ben Youssef, Mamounia Gardens, Chez Ali Fantasia show and dinner, lunch with a Berber family.
