Day 1 L'ETOILE TERRITORY
Visit L'ETOILE, a sanctuary of exclusive trips into the greenwood of Mauritius, where nature has been protected in a wonderful fashion. Indigenous forests, lush valleys, crystalline sources, and rivers stretch towards distant mountains, with the Indian seas as a backdrop, in a ballet of changing light and shade, as the hours go by. Lunch will be served at L'Etoiles' exotic restaurant.

To admire the birds, deer and other animals that roam amidst these vast expanses of land, a gamut of possibilities is offered:

Archery Course (14 artificial animal targets in 3D are dotted along a very magnificent circuit, which covers 10 hectares.)

Hiking (Five different hikes are available. They all bear the promise of communing with a vivid and unchanging tropical vegetation.)

Mountain Biking (Fresh air and birdsong greet cycling enthusiasts who may enjoy several circuits, depending on individual taste and fitness.)

Quad Biking (Go off the beaten track and discover Mauritius' most romantic spots while you traverse the endemic flora and fauna.)

4x4 Circuits (Amazing scenery leads to coffee and vanilla plantations. The stopover at Falaise Rouge is a favorite vantage point to view a string of islets, scattered around the coral reefs.)
