Day 1 PAST REVISITED: DOMAINES LES PAILLES
Domaine Les Pailles is a place where the past French colonial life and habitat
have been reconstituted to create a fascinating jump in the life of our
ancestors. The sugar-mill, rum distillery, spice garden, the toy-train, horse
carriages, and beautiful created garden will amaze you. You tour begins with a
horse carriage ride and you will ascend the hills belting this forgotten
valley, for a mini safari in a Land Rover amongst stags, monkeys and a variety
of birds in the 1500 hectares of land of the Domaine. Lunch in one of the
